Currently, we are looking for support of a
Head of Sales (M/F/d). At Bare.

ID we are not a typical sales organization, but part of an agile software group where quality always wins over quantity and you can design your own workday.

Most of the team members use a hybrid work mode and prefer to work together in the office in Wiesbaden or remotely, depending on the situation.

You shape the sales strategy and customer acquisition together with your team and in exchange with the management.


Your job:


  • You will be responsible for the strategic and operational sales of the Bare.
ID SaaS product

  • Together with your team, you design efficient sales processes and develop target groupspecific sales channels (incl. sales campaigns and channel management) to win new customers
  • You are a handson sales person with passion and accompany the sales process from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract
  • You are primarily responsible for new customer acquisition and ensure that your team colleagues benefit and learn from your expertise through onthejob training and mentoring
  • You participate in conferences, trade shows and relevant meetups to further expand your customer network and maintain the exchange with IT security decision makers and communicate about it on social media (LinkedIn)
  • You stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in IT security and IAM and derive the resulting customer needs

What you bring along:


  • You have several years of experience in sales of software products, SaaS products or B2B software solutions, ideally in the IT security sector
  • You want to make a brand big and have experience in strategic sales development as well as in operational implementation from cold calling to customer care
  • You understand and speak the language of the decisionmakers on the customer side and know what is important to them when working with you
  • You have a great technical understanding and a high willingness to learn in order to optimally understand customer needs and offer effective solutions
  • You have a native level of German and a good command of English
  • You enjoy working in a startup environment and would like to become part of our Bare.
