THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

Develope, coordinate amd maintain a reporting system, that ensures a correct presentation of the country's (Distribution Partner Management EMEA) financial situation
Tracking sales results and creating business cases (e.g. new market entries, new product launches, investment planning, etc.)
Analyse and presentation of options and suggestion of measures
Driving forward capital efficiency measures (DSO, DSI, etc.)
Support the creation and implementation of targets/ objectives for the country
Responsible for the country ́s planning processes (budget/ YEE/ strategy) and for planning relevant financial variables
Continuously control the overall country performance and reported figures, point out deviations and solve existing gaps
Responsible for compliance with reporting processes, preparation of regular financial reports and commenting on deviations from predefined KPIs
Creation and maintainance of dashboards and documents for internal/ external business reviews
Support the team in the preparation of business reviews

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Master or Bachelor degree: Preferably in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related degree
3 5 years of relevant professional experience in a Controlling position
Previous experience in a complex international environment
Dedicated knowledge of key performance indicator systems
Strong analytical skills
Business English spoken and written
German and/ or additional languages spoken and written as well
