Your Role

Working with a diverse group of Product and Application Technologists and Lab Assistants at our main location for beverage development in EAME, the
Team Lead, Product Development Non-Alcoholic Beverages (M/F/d) sets the strategic goals and standards of the Technical Development team by building leading capabilities through active people and talent management.

For timely delivery of highquality products and technical solutions according to customer brief, you will drive project execution and coordinate daily operations to ensure appropriate resource allocation, prioritization, and compliance.
Besides, you will partner proactively with Sensory & Consumer Insights and Commercial functions on customerdriven innovations and contribute to the continuous improvement of winning and profitable portfolio collections.
Within the regional market cluster, this includes the collaboration with experts of the technical network at other sites through best practice and knowledge sharing to remove silos and duplication.

About You

Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science/Technology
At least 8 years of work experience with a flavoring manufacturer (B2B) or beverage manufacturer (B2C)
Documented practical experience as Beverage Application or Compound Technologist
Prior leadership and/or people management experience is a prerequisite
Excellent knowledge of the international beverage market and awareness of current trends
Demonstrated cultural awareness, collaboration and influencing skills
Strong technical communication and presentation skills
Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written
