The role

Our IT recruiter has the mission to seek out and build a talented team with the support of an stablished, supportive and successful HR Team.

The position will be reporting to the VP People & Culture and will be based in Berlin or London.


What You'll Do:


  • Work close to Marketing on creating a great strategy to attract and engage the best Tech and Product talent in EU
  • Leverage networks
  • Define position requirements partnering with Hiring Managers
  • Experience in creating, managing database of needed hard and soft skills to work on 1st screening
  • Designing and conducting competency and behavioural based interviews
  • Manage updates on progress, interview and briefing
  • Provide regular reporting and updates
  • Align with HR Business Partners on hiring details

Our Requirements:


  • You have a strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
  • Experience in Tech recruiting in EU
  • Knowhow in managing interview
  • To be located in Berlin or London
  • Proven success delivering recruiting results
  • You have the ability to take initiative and build trust with hiring managers
  • To be comfortable multitasking
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proactive working method and handson mentality; ability to work with a high level of autonomy
  • Comfortability communicating effectively to all levels across the organization
High level of planning and organization skills; strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
