The role

Our IT recruiter has the mission to seek out and build a talented team with the support of an stablished, supportive and successful HR Team.

The position will be reporting to the VP People & Culture and will be based in Berlin or London.

What You'll Do:

Work close to Marketing on creating a great strategy to attract and engage the best Tech and Product talent in EU
Leverage networks
Define position requirements partnering with Hiring Managers
Experience in creating, managing database of needed hard and soft skills to work on 1st screening
Designing and conducting competency and behavioural based interviews
Manage updates on progress, interview and briefing
Provide regular reporting and updates
Align with HR Business Partners on hiring details

Our Requirements:

You have a strong passion for recruiting and talent acquisition
Experience in Tech recruiting in EU
Knowhow in managing interview
To be located in Berlin or London
Proven success delivering recruiting results
You have the ability to take initiative and build trust with hiring managers
To be comfortable multitasking
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proactive working method and handson mentality; ability to work with a high level of autonomy
Comfortability communicating effectively to all levels across the organization

High level of planning and organization skills; strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
