Your responsibilities:


  • You will be part of the Sales Operations Team and directly reporting to our Head of Sales Operations. As a working student, you will be working closely with your team and assist your team from day one with the sales operations. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
  • Evaluation of client data and analyzing client specific information
  • Support business development for the Sales Team in Germany
  • Preparation of client workshops
  • Revise and adapt internal customer relationship systems
  • Analyse sales figures for the preparation of Cross
- and Upselling Initiatives

  • Create and optimise documents in coordination with the marketing department
  • Knowledge Management:
  • Formal documents to be prepared to a professional standard
  • Complex or difficult concepts, e.g. IT specs, to be explained in clear, succinct and effective terms
  • Presentations to follow "current" market branding requirements and formats
  • Documents to be retained / filed for future reference:
  • Knowledge and insights to be proactively shared with colleagues (especially juniors)
  • Own knowledge to be updated through continuous professional development

Your profile:


  • Currently studying for a degree of business administration, business education or finance
  • Handson attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Integrity and reliability in work
  • Good communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Comfortable dealing with people from all around the world
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Fluent in German and English
