Are you ready to drive financial excellence in a dynamic and global automotive supplier company? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Corporate Controlling (M/F/d).

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in steering LEONI ́s financial operations, ensuring our continued growth and success in the competitive automotive industry.

Your tasks:

Financial Leadership: Oversee and lead the corporate controlling team, providing guidance and direction to ensure accurate financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with international accounting standards
Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and longterm financial plans, enabling effective resource allocation and performance evaluation
Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analyses and provide actionable insights to senior management for strategic decisionmaking, cost optimization, and business performance improvement
Risk Management: Implement robust risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial stability and proactively address potential financial challenges
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to track financial performance and present periodic reports to the executive team
Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and internal controls, cooperating with internal and external auditors for financial reviews
Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting methodologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency

Your skills:

Financial Expertise: Proven track record in corporate controlling or finance leadership roles within an international company, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
Strategic Vision: Ability to align financial objectives with overall business strategies, contributing to the development and execution of growth initiatives
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex financial data into meaningful insights to support decisionmaking at all levels
Leadership and

Team Management:
Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment

Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal, with the capacity to present financial information concisely and convincingly to stakeholders
Adaptability: Thrive in a fastpaced, everchanging environment, exhibiting flexibility and agility to address emerging challenges
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial management systems and software to enhance financial reporting and analysis; esp. SAP R/
S4/HANA, SAP SEM, SAP PLC, SAP BI/BO
