Your profile:

University degree in business administration, economic sciences or an appropriate qualification
Several years of experience in project management
More than 4 years of experience in Stakeholder Management
Several years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain Management
Knowledge of standards like MS-Office
Knowledge in workday
Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English.
Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to perform professional presentations in front of auditoriums of all levels
Ability to work in an international team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Service and customer orientation with high sense of responsibility and considerable diplomatic skills
Selfreliant and systematic way of working

Tasks and responsiblities:

Support the design and implementation of HR standards solutions
Monitor over all performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions
Participate in work specifications' definition for subcontracting of Employment/recruitment services and tools
Support MakeorBuy decisions by providing local expertise on current recruitment subcontracting solutions
Support implementation of "Buy" decisions
Coordination ensuring alignment and buyin of harmonized processes
Support followup of subcontracted recruitment activities in line with defined performance measurement
Support implementation of appropriate performance indicators
Coordinate operational business owners on improvement and best use of services
Support improvement actions for Supply Chain activities
Support compliant ProcuretoPay process for Recruitment Supply Chain
