Completed commercial education, bachelor degree or similar qualification - Multiple years of relevant work experience in Payroll - Several years in project management and project leadership, focusing on automatisation, standardisation and improvement of payroll processes and tools - Fluent in English and German (C1)

Our international Payroll team is in search of a skilled payroll professional to join our Payroll Operations Team. We need someone to lead the change in our growing EMEA payroll organization, a person who is customer-focused and ready to deep dive into processes.

If you are keen on taking part in challenging projects and ensuring accurate and timely payment for our employees, then we want to hear from you

Key job responsibilities:

Processing monthly payroll for employees in Germany
Managing communication with local authorities such as Social Security, Health Insurances, Income Tax, etc.
Collaborating with other payroll leaders for an efficient audit process
Evaluating and redesigning Payroll processes to align with the company's growth
Partnering in M&A and expansions projects
Coordinating with HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others for implementing best practices
