It comprises several facets, including large-volume data ingestion and processing, complex data analysis and visualization, and distributed caching and execution systems.

Who You Are:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator (m/w/d).

You will join our existing Revenue Operations team, which focuses on improving the efficiencies between our sales team and finance and operations team.

You will play an important role in making sure we stick to our internal processes and speed up invoice generation.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate internal Vendor Setup process (completion of customer questionnaires and coordination with internal teams)
• Improve and streamline internal processes (vendor setup, sales offer and orders etc.)
• Review and approve data before submission to ensure that all information is accurate and complete
• Prepare sales order master data documents for customers
• Work closely with internal teams (Accounting, Sales, Security, Legal, etc.)
• Assist with other departmental duties as needed

Minimum qualifications:

• Analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
• Excellent collaboration, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English is a prerequisite
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge in programming languages (preferably JavaScript/Google Apps Script)
• German communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably salesforce.

Location:

• Anywhere in Germany or USA (Eastern time) as we require working hours to overlap with team member timezones (EMEA and USA)
