Responsibilities:


  • Drive manufacturing excellence through initiation, support & monitoring of process optimization
  • Responsible for development, implementation and continuous update of the global lean roadmap for the operations including introduction and improvement of lean methodologies
  • Development of the lean operations networks within the global production network
  • Active contribution to the development for our production system, e.g. by enhancing our existing Shopfloor Management System to a global standard
  • Consulting, coaching and support regarding all "lean" topics for the operations leadership team as well as organization, execution and followup of lean trainings and workshops
  • Leading national and international (strategic) improvement projects in the area of production and related administrative areas
  • Leading the team, make the team members grow and coordinate and prioritize the team's activities

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Management or similar studies
  • Experienced in strategy development / implementation and successful project lead track record (incl. agile approaches)
  • Facilitation and presentation skills, strong in communication on all hierarchy levels
  • Independent way of working / entrepreneurial spirit / flexibility but also a teamplayer
  • Analytical, innovative and antisilo thinking together with high resultorientation and a "can do mentality"
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
