Your tasks:

Management of the MediaMarktSaturn Logistics Program Management Office across units and countries
Oversee the roadmap of all strategic and operational Supply Chain initiatives and support strategy development for the global logistics unit
Ensure stakeholder management between logistics and other MediaMarktSaturn units
Draft new and improve existing project management office policies, processes, and tools
Facilitate transformational change with a focus on smooth operational execution and quality.
Initiate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as necessary to ensure the service exceeds agreed (customer / market) KPIs and targets.
Initiate and facilitate business review meetings, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with MediaMarktSaturn managers, business partners
Analyzing and provide financial and performance reports, budget and forecast outlines, and support calculation of business cases

Requirements:

University degree in engineering, logistics or business administration
Consutling experience at least for one or two years
Good understanding of Project Management disciplines and solutions
Ability to act and contribute to effectively working in and lead teams
Operational can do and deliver the promise mentality
Positive, "find a way" attitude
Ability to travel on regular scheduled basis
Proven ability to manage programs, projects and processes, be a team player and deliver results based upon targets
Demonstrated managerial ability to influence others without direct authority
Ability to communicate with senior internal management, suppliers and customers
Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of the German language in speaking and writing is desired. Any other language is beneficial
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, high level of organizational talent and a structured way of working to keep track of open issues
Ability to balance shortterm tactical and mediumterm strategic recommendations
Ability to adapt to and understand other cultures in other geographical regions
Good computer skills
