As part of the Fresenius Medical Care family, Xenios specializes in cutting-edge lung and heart healthcare solutions, operating from three manufacturing locations in Germany: Stolberg, Radeberg, and Heilbronn.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on supporting our three Xenios manufacturing sites in Germany.

You will contribute to the success of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent to drive our manufacturing operations forward.

In this position you report directly to the Cluster Head Human Resources Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC). Currently we are transforming our Global HR/TA structure and you will actively participate in our ongoing transformation. Tasks

Assess organizational talent needs and provide expert guidance, offering tailored solutions in the field of Talent Acquisition (TA).
Independently handle applicant management processes, including preselection, matching, conducting interviews, communication, and managing travel expense reimbursement.
Build a good collaboration with HR Operations and local works councils.
Support or active participation in selected local or Global projects in the field of recruiting/talent acquisition.
Translate local Talent Acquisition (TA) data into insightful reports and conclusions, contributing to datadriven decisionmaking.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with the Global Lead TA Manufacturing & Supply Chain to ensure alignment with global TA strategies.
Ensure that TA policies and services are compliant with German labor and social security regulations, as well as internal guidelines and policies.
Close collaboration and regular exchange with HR colleagues in the German/EMEA HR Team.
When requested support in the area of HR Operations & HR Business Partnering.
Implement Global TA policies/changes into the local TA organization, ensuring seamless alignment with global standards.
Provide support for processes and projects in the field of recruiting and talent acquisition, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

Profile
Your personality is characterized by a high level of drive, positive mindset and energy. You are action oriented, and you have excellent stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor degree
Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on manufacturing roles.
Strong understanding of endtoend recruitment processes.
You have profound capabilities in assessing, interviewing and recruiting German manufacturing top talents.
Familiarity with the German labor market, WC and employment regulations.
You have a structured way of sourcing which delivered you excellent results.
Passion for sourcing and recruitment marketing
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
You have excellent influence skills needed for internal stakeholder management.
The ability to adapt to a company in Global transformation.
Strong personality and is able to challenge the status quo in a tactical way.
Performance driven with a high focus on achieving success and results.
Willingness to learn
Interest in TA data and continuous improvement in TA.
Strong communication and convincing skills.

High language proficiency in German and English (spoken & written).
