• Profound experience in leadership and team / employee development, as well as with relevant finance and controlling methods, instruments and KPIs
• Proficiency with SAP (CO, FI, BW, BO, and SAC) and Microsoft Office, additional experience with thinkcell as visualization tool is advantageous
• Ability to define and moderate a recurring budgeting, performance management processes, and implement the appropriate tools to carry it out
• Fluent in either German or English (with strong communication skills in the other)
• Due to your outstanding analytical capabilities, you are able to interact with senior leadership on an eyetoeye level with CEO, CFO, senior management and external stakeholders to support and actively promote the digital transformation of our company

• By overseeing and managing the company's controlling processes (budgeting, forecasting, monthly management reporting), you will develop management tools that reflect the needs of a fastpaced, highly agile business environment (forecasting tools, scenario modelling etc.)
• Together with corporate leadership, you will continuously translate our strategy into a financial business plan and track its execution over time
• As a key driver of modernization and innovation, you will support transformation projects from an FP&A perspective, financial modelling of business cases as well as reporting of investments and efficiency measures
• You will not only have the opportunity to build and develop a highimpact FP&A team, but also play an active role in the digital transformation of our Finance function and, of course, the further development of financial processes across our company
• In this important position, you will be responsible for all FP&A related presentations and commentary on monthly, quarterly and annual results
