NonStop is looking for a Business Development Director on behalf of a service provider company, leader in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices sectors since 1998, with more than 2000 employees, 45+ nationalities and 32 subsidiaries all over the world (Europe, Asia and the Americas).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the followings:

  • Act as a company Business Development Director coordinating sales team
  • Direct sales on a small number of accounts with strong personal relationships
  • Management of the company sales team across the designated region
  • Supervision & review of proposals and bids
  • Supporting bids, meetings and negotiations as a local senior champion
  • Act as a lobbying guy during negotiations collecting insight information through own network, making key calls, giving advice and facilitating in general bids

Requirements:


  • 10+ years of experience in Life Science Consulting companies
  • Experience in sales of Quality/IT/Regulatory services for the Pharma/MD industries would be considered a plus
  • Strong sales experience including team management
  • Being very good at networking/lobbying activities of connections, promoting the Company, facilitating public relations, attending the main local and international events Pharma and MD related
  • Well known in the market, affiliate to organizations
  • Availability to travel worldwide up to 60/70% of the time
  • English Language fluency in speaking and writing (at least B2/C1 level), additional languages will be considered a plus
