Aufgaben

Your Responsibilities

As a WORKING STUDENT as OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (F/M/D) you will be involved in every step of our product's journey, starting with the procurement process to ensuring its safe shipping and packaging.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Support the procurement process by researching potential suppliers, obtaining quotes, and assisting in negotiations to ensure the best quality and cost for materials and components

Assist in maintaining inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock
Ensuring products are packaged securely and aesthetically appealing
Manage shipment logistics, including coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and product delivery
Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to streamline procurement, packaging, and shipment activities

Qualifikation

Requirements:

You are currently a university student enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
