ABOUT THE TEAM

On this journey we rely on SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as our framework to scale our agile setup to the next level.

We organize ourselves in multiple Agile Release trains (ART) to strengthen our efforts in navigating our growing teams to one common target.

You will have a chance to contribute within this new setup and to gain experiences how to broaden agile collaboration on the next level.

THE ROLE

With Jira as THE central service of choice for agile project and backlog management we're responsible for SAP's internal agile heartbeat.

You will be educated as an Internal Expertise Consultant in delivering and establishing Jira as backlog and product management tool.

On this journey you have the chance to develop yourself as SAP

Jira Project Expert:
conducting presentations and workshops and leading internal customers through their shift to SAP Jira with ease.

You will collaborate closely with software development colleagues on cutting-edge topics, and you will ensure the balance of individual requests with the overall impact on our entire Jira setup.

With your growing experience you will contribute with your knowledge and your open-minded creativity in our internal research AI teams, identifying and evaluating how Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning can support teams to improve developer effectiveness and product quality.

Because we like to have a stable and reliable team, we are looking for applicants with a minimum employment duration of 12 months and the interest for a minimum working time of 20 hours per week.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Language skills:
Ideally firstlanguage proficiency in English or excellent written and spoken skills in English
At least basic understanding of (spoken) German is beneficial
First project management experience
