The Opportunity:

As a Data Integrator, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your analytical expertise to work on projects for the client who plans, manages, and assesses EMS operations to achieve EMS superiority for the four-star command.

You'll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the integration of operations and data-driven insight to promote preparation of the operational environment.

You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to analyze and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes, identify intelligence gaps, submit intelligence requests for information, and provide data visualization products via available data visualization tools such as FADE/MIST, GOAT, or DaVinci.

You'll guide the work we do for the client and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning. You'll help your client understand their operational landscape.

Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source.

You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into all areas. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.

You Have:

10+ years of experience conducting allsource analysis, and developing data insights and nonkinetic operations or analysis
Knowledge of EMS operations and integration of EW, space, cyber, joint, and fires and effects processes at the operational, strategic, or national level
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Experience briefing intelligence updates to General Officers, Flag Officers, or SES level
Experience in development of interactive dashboards
Experience in machine learning and predictive analysis
Experience with Joint doctrine, Major command, or a Combatant Command
Experience with Joint Doctrine Note 316, CJCSI D, and CJCSM series
Experience with the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), and Master Air Attack Plan Toolkit (MAAP)
Knowledge of electronic warfare systems and capabilities
Ability to integrate Joint Doctrine Note 316, CJCSI D, and CJCSM series into products
TS/SCI clearance
Graduate of the Joint Targeting School, the U.S. Air Force Targeting IFTU, or completion of a DoD Planner's Course
