Responsibilities

• Developing test cases for functional and variant tests in the development of new telematics systems
• Creation and maintenance of software updates and rollout plans
• Documentation and presentation (error and knowledge database)
• Creation of test solutions based on system specifications
• Tracking and monitoring error solutions with all development partners
• Preparation, planning, support, and implementation of country trials
• Planning and execution of test drives
• Development and maintenance of test setups such as test rack and development vehicles
• 3rd level support and series support for telematics services in motorcycles

Requirements

• Technical bachelor's, master's degree, graduate diploma (Electrical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or a similar field of study) or comparable education with corresponding experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Good and confident communication skills
• Experience working in collaboration with customers and suppliers
• Basic understanding of embedded systems/automotive control units
• Domain knowledge in programming with java, python, C++
• Knowledge of connected systems, Telematics or Infotainment Systems is an advantage
• Professional experience in the automotive industry a plus
• Motorcycle driving license class A and driving experience
• Willingness to travel (approx. 2 trips per year)
• Fluent in English and German
