We are currently offering the following position, which should be based in the
Munich area** and requires a willingness to travel approx.

60-70%, mostly within the region.

Application Specialist EMEA (d/f/m) - Life Science Microscopes

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and advise on price proposals and tenders (on request or mandatory for specific products). Development of new tactics and tools as part of our regular tasks
Provide training and online troubleshooting support sessions with endusers and sales team members. Support exhibitions and coordinate short training courses, including planning, communication, teaching, and reporting results
Support creation and execution of marketing activities or promotional materials (e.g. seminars, workshops, customer events, webinars and exhibitions; virtual and onsite) in close collaboration with marketing managers. Actively drive funnel growth by implementing strategies in this area

YOUR PROFILE

A Master's degree is required with preference given to a major in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy or a similar qualification with microscopy being used as the main tool
Workflow experience: singlecell and / or organoid imaging and analysis, sample preparation and analysis for protein and RNA detection in tissue, multiplex imaging and associated data analysis
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently in a team environment, as well as good presentation skills in front of a larger audience
Fluent in English and German
