Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility? We are seeking a dedicated Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) Engineer to join our team.

As the QEHS Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to minimize risks and drive continuous improvement across our organization.


About your future job:


  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize organizational risks related to quality, environment, health, and safety (QEHS).
  • Define and detail responsibilities within each area, ensuring compliance with federal occupational health and safety and environmental regulations.
  • Utilize flow charting software (iGrafx) to map processes and manage the deployment of the Global Process House.
  • Maintain process documentation and related documents within the Global Documentation Management System (GDMS).
  • Conduct ISO or VDAbased audits and safety assessments, challenging existing processes to identify weaknesses and risks.
  • Report findings and assist in tracking and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support accident and OHSE incident prevention efforts, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies effectively.
  • Report relevant QEHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor improvement actions across the organization.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to personnel on QEHS, Global Process House, and GDMS topics to enhance organizational performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various functions and divisions to define permanent corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Manage documentation release, templates, and other administrative tasks within the GDMS System.

What we expect:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or relevant experience
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing QEHS policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in process mapping software and documentation management systems
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements related to occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across diverse teams and functions.
