This is what you can do:

The Head of Method & Tools - CATIA/PLM Engineering Business Partner is functionally leading the CATIA/PLM related engineering business requirements and implementation of these requirements into a state-of-the-art CATIA/PLM system like Dassault 3D experience.


  • Planning, leading and overall management of PLM system implementation
  • Leading the methods and tools team to ensure E2E continuity of the rollout of the methods and tools
  • Driving definition/update of correspondent means and methods
  • Leading the identification of the business needs, documentation of business requirements, prioritization and ensuring that solution conforms to the business requirements
  • Suppliers management
  • Coordination of all relevant stakeholders
  • Establishment of the framework for the methods and tools implementation
  • Ensuring deliverables in Time / Cost / Quality (TCQ) in order to assure efficient design organisation and operative activities throughout the full lifecycle of aircraft product
  • Leading functionally the internal engineering CATIA/PLM keyuser network

You'll bring this with you:


  • Leadership, management and respective Expertise in field of CATIA/PLM (3DX), aircraft engineering methods & tools aspects of an aircraft OEM
  • Educated Engineering degree (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD.) in aeronautics / aviation or mechanical
  • 15+ years professional expertise in relevant fields of aircraft development and airframe design
  • Wide proficiency of airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials, methods and tools
  • New aircraft development experience in several aircraft projects
  • Ability to prioritise, manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Lead and instruct complex tasks internal/external
  • Very good presenting, communication and leadership skills
