Your Role- Regional technical Support for XRM Systems- Hotline Support- Remote controlled diagnostic- On-site Support- Failure analysis of complex problems- Technical coordination of FSEs- Coordination with factory support and R&D- Service-Training for FSEs and customers- Technical order control- Refurbishment of used equipment- Support Service-Documentation group- Build up and maintain knowledge database- Support at exhibitions and trade shows- Develop FSE Service Information- Project work during the PSGP according to the process- Mentoring for FSEs

Your Profile- Master degree in engineering / Physics- Several years of job experience in a similar field Knowledge in electron optics and vacuum technology are preferable- Excellent English skills spoken and written- Travelling world wide about 50%- Ability to work under pressure- Target-oriented and autonomous method of operation- Excellent analytical way of thinking- Excellent PC knowledge- Excellent Electronic knowledge- Team-minded- Sense of urgency
