Your Role


As our Employee Services Partner (f/m/d) you will be handling all global processes and employee requests within the employee lifecycle, ensuring that high quality service is provided to all employees and internal stakeholders in line with business policies.

Your Responsibilities

  • People Transactions: You will be responsible for understanding and constant delivery on various different People Operations processes and transactions as well as maintaining detailed contracts and documentation for employment, cases and processes

Stakeholder Support:
You will provide timely and clear support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around processes, policies and issues. You are comfortable with also taking on complex queries, identifying additional needs and making suggestions for process improvements.

  • Data Accuracy: You execute transactions in our HRIS with accuracy and high standards while also completing regular data quality reviews and audits. You share errors and learnings with the team regularly.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): You handle employee ticket requests in alignment with SLAs. You show awareness and proactive communication when breach of SLAs is anticipated and make suggestions for further improvements of SLAs.
Your Profile

  • 2+ years experience in People Operations. If you have experience within (digital) health care we are already excited about you.
  • Very good understanding of German labor law and the respective regulations
  • An excellent understanding of startup dynamic, how to build out relationships in fast paced environment
  • Have a growth mentality and ability to adapt in a rapidlychanging environment
  • Ability to dive into new topics and employee needs quickly and independently, successful collaboration with a diverse employee base.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal relations, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Full working proficiency in German and English
