About the Role:
Moove is looking for an experienced networker with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Tech Recruiter, reporting to the Global Head of Recruitment.
As a proven result-driven person, the Tech Recruiter will be leading the charge in building a strong tech talent pipeline and also help hire and retain skilled employees for our tech positions.
In this role, you will dig deep into the acquisition of tech talents so as to make the organization more efficient, effective and amazing.
The Opportunity:
What You'll be Doing:
- Implement the recruitment strategy for the respective business area
- Develop and update technical job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Performing prescreening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Keeping data accurate in the ATS
- Keeping uptodate with new technological trends and products
What You will need for this position:
- Proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter in a Fintech scale up
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
- Handson experience with various interview formats
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- The ability to use psychometric tests and other assessment tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn for hiring
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
