Your mission:


What you will do:


  • Provide HR support service covering the endtoend employee lifecycle
  • Proactively manage employee relations cases, absence and welfare issues
  • Coach managers and provide administrative support to ensure best practice,
  • Manage on boarding process of new employees
  • Advise on and implement all required HR administration, policies, procedures and communication for the employee lifecycle
  • Support the Performance Management (PM) cycle
  • Work with the EMEAR HR Team to ensure efficient training workshop scheduling and administration and supporting the delivery of learning initiatives to line managers and employees
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting including headcount / budget tracking, analysis and planning
  • Support in all required activities for employee representative, works council and other regulatory bodies
  • Contribute to and support the central/EMEAR alignment of activities, practices and policies by providing local input and support in the delivery and implementation of key HR projects
  • Initiate and implement local projects to improve efficiency, local practices and enhance customer service
  • Work with EMEAR HR team to deliver central business and HR initiatives including (but not limited to) local organisation structures that are aligned with EMEAR goals, including job levelling and input into competency frameworks

What we ask for:


  • Strong generalist HR experience in a commercial HR Department, with proficiency in local employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven experience working with a Works Council, with evidence of creating and maintaining a trusted and collaborative relationship
  • Ideally experienced operating in a matrix organisation, with exposure in other European countries
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to influence people at all levels
  • Excellent planning and organising approach, with the ability to balance conflicting deadlines and priorities
  • Highly motivated, deadline focussed with the ability to consistently maintain high level of accuracy
  • Fluent German and a good level of English language
