- Sicherstellung der Bilanzierung und Bewertung nach deutschen und insbesondere internationalen Standards (IFRS); UGB von Vorteil
- Verantwortung der Berichterstattung innerhalb der globalen Konzernstruktur
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung, Optimierung und Harmonisierung von Systemen sowie Arbeits- und Prozessabläufen
- Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und konzerninterner Richtlinien
- Organisation und Durchführung von internen Kontrollen
- Ansprechpartner/in für buchhalterische und bilanzielle Fragestellungen sowie erste Anlaufstelle der Abschlussprüfer
- Proaktive Kommunikation mit den anderen Finance Teams und Geschäftsbereichen
- Oracle HFM und Tagetik Erfahrung von Vorteil DEINE SKILLS:
- Master / Bachelor Degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften / BWL mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Bilanzbuchhalter (vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum internationalen Bilanzbuchhalter) und mindestens 5-jähriger Erfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Team Management
- Sicherheit bei allen Aspekten zu Bilanzierung (HGB und insbesondere IFRS), Buchhaltung, Jahresabschlusserstellung und Berichterstattung für ein international agierendes Unternehmen
- Erfahrungen im Steuer- und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FICO und FI-AA. Erfahrungen in den Modulen PS, SD, MM von Vorteil.
- Professioneller Umgang mit MS Excel sowie mit den üblichen Web-basierten Office Applikationen
- Sichere und ausdrucksstarke Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
- Analytische und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Motivation
