For our Operational Excellence Department of the Competence Center Cement (CCC) Europe we are looking for an Administrative Assistant (f/m/d).

The Operational Excellence department is responsible for the areas Western and Southern Europe (WSE) and Northern and Eastern Europe-Central Asia (NEECA).

Your place of work will be Heidelberg, Germany, and you will report to the Head of Engineering CCC Europe.


Your next challenge:


  • Correspondence in English and German
  • Preparation and organization of business trips, taking also care of visa formalities
  • Process Travel costs reimbursement (SAP R/3)
  • Provide general administrative support to all team members
  • Actively support and manage communication within the department
  • Support the organization of meetings and events
  • Prepare, organize and followup on meetings (incl. preparation of documents/presentations, drafting of minutes etc.)
  • Management of the supervisors' agenda, monitoring of deadlines for upcoming appointments, and preparation of documents needed for meetings

Your profile:


  • Secretarial and/or business qualification
  • Experience in secretarial/administrative position
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Software, knowledge of SAP R/3 advantageous
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a structured way
  • Friendly and confident appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Profound knowledge of an additional language of advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Able to cope with high workload phases
  • Team player
