Job Description:

The Human Resources team in SEGULA Germany wants to boost the company's development activities and company culture by looking for a Learning and Development specialist, whose main responsibilities are:

  • Analyse the qualifications and skills that need to be addressed and covered in the different departments and create an action plan accordingly.
  • Design and organise virtual and onsite training events, workshops and other learning activities to close staff's skill gaps, also for ad hoc training needs requested by employees.
  • Support and contribute to the design and development of training material and support material for the activities.
  • Customize courses to develop management and leadership skills of middle and senior managers.
  • Actively collaborate with different units during the conceptualization and planning of L&D activities by researching and proposing innovative ways to conduct training activities and reinforce the team spirit.
  • Recommend and implement any learning and development initiatives to enable a culture of continuous learning and company culture.
  • Be the point of contact for staff on learning and development matters.
  • Interact and provide assistance with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on HR related matters.
  • Contribution to the design and implementation of HRrelated policies.
  • Conducting desk research.
  • Manage elearning licences and platforms.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial or Organisational Psychology, or any similar field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in an international organization is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of tools and software (MS Office, Excel, Power Point )
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Additional Information

  • Fluent in German and English, another language is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both speaking and writing.
