In this role, you're far more than a typical intern; you are an integral part of our team, playing a key role in developing and establishing robust security practices across our operations.

Moreover, you'll have the chance to actively participate in our audit process, providing you with invaluable, real-world experience in critical assessment and compliance within the fast-paced world of AI and data security.

Assist in the Development of the ISMS:

You support the creation and documentation of ISMS policies, procedures, and controls in line with industry standards and best practices.

Collaborate with various Teams**: You work closely with different teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding and integration of the ISMS across the organization. You will gain holistic insights into the various facets of information security, understanding its impact on every team and process within our organization.

Documentation and Reporting:

You maintain accurate records of ISMS activities and assist in preparing reports for management review.

Develop Professional Skills with individual mini-projects:

You enhance your skills in project management, communication, and collaboration, essential for a successful career in information security.

Mentoring and Supervision:

You work closely with a dedicated mentor and will be supervised by a colleague to foster professional growth and collaborative success.

Duration of Commitment:

You are available to join our team for at least a 6-month period, ensuring consistency and the ability to contribute to long-term projects.

You possess strong written and verbal communication abilities in English, with German proficiency being a significant plus. In our fast-paced and agile development environment, your ability to contribute effectively will be crucial.

You exhibit a strong inclination and enthusiasm for working with information and data security topics, a key aspect in the field of ISMS and GDPR.

Technical Proficiency and Insight:

Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Confluence is fundamental. Additionally, your understanding or interest in software, data, and AI model development is particularly welcome.

Current Enrollment in Relevant Degree or Equivalent Experience:

You are actively engaged in studies related to Business Informatics, Cyber Security, IT Project and Process Management, or IT Security Management, or bring equivalent professional experiences

Experience in ISMS & GDPR:

You have proven voluntary or professional work experience in data or information security, showcasing your practical knowledge and competency in this vital area.
