We are looking for a Human Resources Working Student to join our team in
Berlin.


YOUR MISSION:


  • Provide support for the HR team along the employee lifecycle
  • Regular maintenance and update of HR systems, personnel data and HR files
  • Oversee the recruiting of Interns and Working students across various departments
  • Support the recruiting of fulltime employees
  • Promote our vacancies on relevant platforms to engage potential talent for Highsnobiety
  • Assist our HR Team in the onboarding process of new hires, keeping our HR tool uptodate, and writing reference letters
  • Support strategic projects ensuring Highsnobiety is a high performance workplace with a great company culture

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Currently enrolled in a university program relevant to HR and motivated to support us 20h per week
  • First experience in the HR field, preferably in a creative industry (music, publishing, fashion, advertising)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of trustworthiness, integrity and empathy
  • Strong attention to detail and love for accuracy
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Must be based in Berlin
