**Job description & Responsibilities**:

- Verantwortlich für die Überwachung der Datenintegrität für EU-Werke
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung des API-Prozesses. Überprüfung der API-Bereitschaft mit den Werken und Unterstützung der Werke mit technischem Wissen
- Überwachung der Einhaltung der Global SCM Data Integrity in Bezug auf Unternehmensrichtlinien/ Verfahren/ Praktiken
- Entwicklung neuer und die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Tools zur Unterstützung der Werke im Bereich Datenintegrität.
- Verantwortlich für die Unterstützung von Oracle EBS Europe
- Durchführung interner Audits im Datenintegritätssystem für die europäischen Werke
- Erstellung und Verteilung von Betriebsberichten durch das Sammeln, Analysieren und Zusammenfassen von Daten und Trends.
- Kontrolle des Zykluszählungsplans und der Zykluszählergebnisse.
- Verantwortlich für die Integrität des Systems und der Geschäftsprozesse im Zusammenhang mit der Bestandsintegrität und dem Stammdatenmanagement.
- Verantwortlich für die Leitung des Jahresendbudgets.
- Verantwortlich für die europäische Unterstützung bei der Einreichung von MMOG.
- Abhalten von Schulungen zur Einhaltung von SOX und SCM-Verfahren.
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung sicherer Praktiken.
- Beaufsichtigung, Koordinierung, Schulung, Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des SCM und anderer Funktionen, wie Beschaffung und Finanzen, um dokumentierte Standards zu etablieren und aufrechtzuerhalten.

- Monitoring data integrity for EU plants.
- Support in performing the API process. Review of API readiness with plants and support plants with technical knowledge
- Monitoring adherence to Global SCM Data Integrity e. g. corporate policies / procedures / practices
- Responsible for creating new and develop current tools supporting plants in data integrity area.
- Responsible for Oracle EBS Europe support
- Perform internal audit in data integrity system for Europe plants.
- Preparation and distribution of operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Control cycle count schedule and cycle count results.
- Responsible for the integrity of system and business process related to inventory integrity and master data management.
- Leading year-end budget load
- Responsible for Europe support of submitting MMOG.
- Hold trainings for SOX compliance and SCM procedures compliance.
- Responsible for following safe practices.
- Responsible for supervising, coordinating, training, supporting and collaborating within SCM and other functions, such as procurement and finance, to establish and maintain documented standards.

**Required skill and education**:
**Deutsch**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
- Erfahrung im Industrie
- bzw. Automotive-Umfeld in gleicher Funktion sind von Vorteil
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Oracle System
- Prozessorientiere Denkweise sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Service
- und Lösungsorientierung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**English**
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with management responsibility
- Experience in the industrial or automotive environment in the same function is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the oracle system
- Process-oriented way of thinking as well as an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, high service and solution orientation
- Fluent German and English
