As a team leader for shipping logistics (M/F/d) at our location in Baierbrunn near Munich, you will be responsible for the
technical and disciplinary leadership of your team (3 people) and the entire shipping process.

You will
plan, monitor, and improve logistics processes
, support your team, and conduct transport tenders, select service providers, and negotiate prices with transport providers.

Additionally, you will be our central point of contact** for all shipping and customs-related issues.

For this role, you will need a completed vocational training or degree in logistics as well as several years of
professional and leadership experience in logistics.

You should also have
customs experience and fluent German and English language skills.
