Sales employee (M/F/d) - Performance Polymers
Your responsibilities:
- develop and implement sales strategies in EMEA
- customer care, together with sales support team
- development and acquisition of new customer groups
- select, manage and monitor products for third parties such as distributors and agents
- check sales performance of third parties
- define yearly budget and mid-term business plan
- competitors
- and customer analysis
- take part in trade fairs, seminars and conferences
- respond to product related complaints
- risk management
- close communication and cooperation with the head quarter in Japan incl. regarding technical issues
Your profile:
- completed commercial training, degree in economics, technical degree or comparable qualification
- more than - 5 years of sales experience
- profound knowledge of and experience with polymers
- business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Intercultural competence and a team player
