To strengthen our
Market Access Team, based in
Monheim,
Germany, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of
:Real-World Evidence Lead (M/F/d).



In the role as Real World Evidence Lead (M/F/d), you will contribute to national patient access to UCB therapies in Germany by planning and delivering real-world evidence that addresses key area gaps in context of AMNOG procedures and post-launch evidence needs for defined assets

You like to work in an
environment where you can**:

  • Partner with internal RWE-stakeholders, medical, commercial and access roles on national, EU and global level to gather insights to understand needs for RWE
  • Provide input into RWE projects to fill data gaps necessary for AMNOG procedures with special focus on AMNOG dossier and price negotiations with head association of payers as well as support business stakeholders with postlaunch evidence generation needs
  • Be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding all RWErelated questions

You will contribute
by**:


  • Contribution to strategically aligned area RWE plan based on identified data gaps incl. creation and maintenance of local RWE pan
  • Management & follow up with key Medical experts / third party vendors regarding RWE data gaps and generation
  • Communication of RWE required for national stakeholders (e.g. sick funds, KV's, hospital chains, HCPs) to decide on the right drug for the right patient at the right time
  • Contributing internally to ensure evidence supporting access is given priority in crossfunctional evidence generation plans including publication plans with relevant publication managers
  • Partnering with local, EU and global medical, commercial and access roles as applicable for identified opportunities to improve patient care

Interested? For this position you'll need the following
education, experience,
and
skills:

  • Master's degree in Natural Sciences, Public Health, Health Economics (or equivalent)
yrs. of experience within the German Market Access ecosystem

  • Ability to interpret and communicate evidence generation methodology, epidemiology and Pharmacoeconomics
  • Deep understanding of German Health Care System, payer, health care bodies and institutions
  • Good understanding of speciality business being able to synergize the understanding of different areas / indications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capacity to build a personal network to internal and external stakeholders
  • Cando attitude, handson problemsolving skills, and ability to keep composure in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
