**Overview

  • We have an immediate requirement for a German and English Speaking Administration Assistant to join us on a large scale construction Project in Frankfurt.
  • This is a 12+ Month, Site Based Contract.

**Responsibilities

On a day to day basis you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Providing general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager) supporting a project team.
  • Maintain Weekly Meeting Schedule (Book Rooms, send meeting notifications, update schedule).
  • Issue Project Documents electronically.
  • Prepare PowerPoint Presentations.
  • Compiling Monthly reports, for issue to Client.
  • Organising inductions and set up for new starts on site (Organising PC's phones etc)
  • Liaising with IT to resolve issues
  • Organising Stationary & photocopier maintenance
  • Hardcopy filing and compiling of handover documentation.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration.
  • Fluent German and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
  • Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
