- Completed field of study in Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering
- Practical experience gained, for example, as a intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years)
- First experience in SAP ERP (R/3 and/or S/4) in the "Sales & Distribution" module
- Interest and affinity in mapping complex business processes in an SAP ERP system in conjunction with the latest programming methods Interest in challenging project tasks and associated challenges
- Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program
- Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken, further languages beneficial Your Role During the 18 months, you will rotate between 4 different ZEISS departments across the company's different business units and possibly also abroad. Which departments these are depends on you – your chosen focus and your future role. During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development.
- Be part of the global digital transformation from a SAP R/3 to an SAP S/4 system in a greenfield approach
- Support migration projects from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 for legal entities
- Further development of the global template approach
