Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will support us in developing strategic learning programs for the top talents in Software Development (Target groups are Software Architects, Senior Software Architects, Test Architects, System Architects and Key Developers)
  • You will use innovative agile learning formats in virtual and face to face settings and always try new formats, e.g. hackathons, barcamps to foster selforganization and selfresponsibility of the participant

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You are studying with focus on computer science or on psychology/pedagogy
  • You have a basic understanding of adult learning & soft skills like coaching
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office tools

Your attributes and skills:


  • You are proficiency in English and German (written & spoken)
  • You are able to work in a team and have good communication skills
  • You have no problem with selforganization
  • You are willing to learn new things
