Ultimately, the Recruiting Assistant will maintain and improve our employer brand, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain people who contribute to our company's growth and overall success.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with Business Development, Human Resources, and Program Managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and proactively plan the hiring process.
- Working with the Marketing Manager, create or obtain recruitment materials.
- Work with Operations Managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
- Maintain the company's resume database
- Monitor job offers and current compensation. Identify/recommend salary ranges for price proposals.
- Manage new employee relocations, if necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competencybased, stress, behavioral, etc.).
- Be fluent in both English and German.
- Handson experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Valid driving license.
