Are you a dynamic and communicative Product leader with a passion for beauty and self-care? We are seeking a Head of Product (all genders) to join our team.

If you are passionate about bringing great products to life, manage and mentor a diverse team of product managers and love working in a collaborative environment with your product partners (Engineering, UX & stakeholders), then we want to talk to you


Your role:


  • Define the product vision and roadmap, identifying market opportunities and prioritization based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, using data and analytics to evaluate the success of the company's web storefronts and apps in several countries, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Together with our Chief Product Officer, you will shape the overall product culture, team topology and define roles/contribution to ensure a datadriven and usercentered product development.
  • You provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to our product managers, to help team members develop their skills and achieve their goals. At times, this will require you to roll up your sleeves and work in the details with individuals and/or teams.

Your profile:


  • Indepth understanding of product management principles, including product strategy, product development, and product lifecycle management, ideally within an ecommerce environment.
  • You excel in working with data, financials and market insights to drive your strategic and operational decisions.
  • Successful track record of leading strategy for a suite of products with high user engagement and outstanding user satisfaction.
  • A focus on raising the bar and continuously driving best practices throughout the company and the Product practice.
  • A passion for people leadership and growing team capabilities, with a track record of hiring, managing and growing Product Managers at all stages of their career a true "hands on" leader.
  • Influential leadership and interpersonal skills that enable communication and managing relationships across all levels in the company including direct team, peers, stakeholders and Clevels.
  • Business fluent English and German skills are required.

Let's talk money:In general, for roles on head level, we offer a salary of up to 130,000€ gross per year. We do not offer performance-based boni. Please feel free to address this topic any time during the recruitment process to gain more information about how our salaries are set.
