Your Role

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and excellent communication skills? We're seeking a talented working student to join our documentation team. In this role, you'll dive deep into our software systems, understanding their intricacies, and translating technical concepts into comprehensive documentation. This position offers a valuable learning experience for students pursuing a career in software development, technical writing, or related fields. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers and engineers to understand the functionality and architecture of our software systems
• Analyze technical specifications and user requirements to create clear and concise documentation
• Document software processes, workflows, and APIs to assist users in understanding system functionality
• Develop tutorials, guides, and FAQs to support end-users in utilizing our software effectively
• Update and maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance as software evolves
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving documentation processes and standards.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informaticsa or similar field
• Understanding of software development concepts and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality documentation
• Proficiency in document authoring tools such as Miro or Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
