Job Description:

Your main responsibility will be to source high-quality raw materials and materials, maintain and develop supplier relationships, and optimize our cost structures. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise and skills in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Take full control of the procurement process for raw materials, auxiliary materials, operating materials, and services.
Coordinate the requirements of the specialist departments.
Select suppliers, obtain and analyze quotes to ensure cost, quality, lead times, and reliability, and build a robust supply chain.
Foster supplier relationships.
Lead price negotiations to secure the best prices for us.
Monitor and verify order confirmations to prevent any errors.
Manage delivery dates for on-time deliveries.
Optimize the procurement process through price comparisons.

Qualifications:

A completed degree in business studies or relevant training combined with business expertise.
Experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Demonstrated assertiveness and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to navigate ERP systems and excellent MS Office skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel.
