Speakeasy Berlin is a language school for German as a foreign language located in Berlin, Friedrichshain.

Our focus is on practical teaching of the language to adult learners, as well as the qualification and execution of telc examinations, which are recognised throughout Europe.

We are looking for a motivated, mandatory Intern (M/F/d) to join our student services team now:
Tasks

You will answer questions from our students
You will work with our internal systems and keep customer data up to date
You will support our complaint management team
You will actively contribute to ensuring student satisfaction
You will be responsible for general front office tasks, such as processing incoming parcels

Requirements:

You are a registered student in a humanities or businessrelated field, e.g. tourism management, business administration, German studies or similar
The internship will be completed within the course of your studies
Very good English and good German skills (at least B1)
Previous work experience is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office
A high level of motivation and enjoyment working in a team
