YOUR TASKS
Development and implementation of the Group's Tax Strategy; minimizing potential financial risks

Working with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure that the Group achieves its regulatory requirements

Ensuring that the Group maximizes the benefits of strategic tax planning across all business subsidiaries

Identifying opportunities and driving initiatives to support business operations across direct and indirect taxes where relevant

Preparation and implementation of appropriate tax policies and procedures (Tax CMS)

Manage tax due diligences for M&A transactions

Report to Vice President Group Accounting & Taxes and the CFO

Lead a highly skilled team of 13 employees


YOUR PROFILE
Previous work experience in related field in a tax advisor firm and/or corporate tax Department in a manufacturing company

University degree in Tax and IFRS Accounting; legal skills highly appreciated

German Tax advisor exam (StB)

Hands on experience working to implement processes and systems which support Tax compliance

Excellent English and German language skills

Excellent numeracy and analytical skills

Strong leadership skills
