Are you up for the challenge? We're looking for a
Director of Customer Success
(f/m/d) to lead our customer success team.

This is a senior level and high impact management position that is critical to our growth strategy. As a leader you will shape our ecosystem and make hospitality companies successful on the platform.


What You'll Be Up To:


  • You will set the overall vision and strategic planning for the customer success organization in order to drive platform success and an increase in revenues.
  • You build and lead a world class organization of onboarding specialists, customer success managers, support team members, and solution architects.
  • You define and optimize the customer experience for our midmarket and enterprise customers by driving programs and initiatives to increase engagement and stickiness.
  • You will work closely with leadership peers in business development, marketing, and product, to drive the companywide strategy and targets.
  • You will define and monitor customer and partner success related KPIs.
  • Bonus: You will develop the channel partner success (reseller) and software partner success organizations.

Your skills:


  • You have experience leading and growing the customer success organization in a B2B SaaS context, and a deep understanding of customer success methodologies. Sales and/or postsales experience is a plus.
  • You are experienced at setting vision and strategy, translating it into actionable initiatives and tracking successful outcomes.
  • You have the acumen and expertise to build a topinclass customer experience. You show strong empathy for the customer, but are also passionate about revenue and growth.
  • You are able to lead with courage and to master hard decisions and tradeoffs in order to change the direction of your team and the whole organization.
  • You are able to hire and nurture diverse, top talent into the customer success organization.
  • You can inspire and motivate team members and other parts of the organization.
