Your tasks

Development of a stateoftheart analytical panel to characterize mRNA and nanoparticles in terms of identity, purity, and structural integrity (e.g. HPLC).
Expert function for mRNA and nanoparticle analyses to support development and manufacturing activities.
Independent planning, execution and data analysis of experiments including documentation according to the company's standards.
Planning, preparation, and execution of standard analysis of mRNAs and nanoparticles.
Presentation of results within the group as well as to internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
Working in crossfunctional teams with scientific supervision of coworkers and project expertise.
Responsibility for the support/maintenance of various laboratory devices and general laboratory tasks.

Profile:

PhD in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutics, or closely related discipline, ideally combined with relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in HPLCanalysis and biochemical analysis of nucleic acids.
Deep understanding of process development related analytical requirements.
Ability to work independently as well as in matrix team structure.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication as well as organizational skills.
Fluency in verbal and written English is required, good command of German language desirable.
Proven problemsolving skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
