Your location:

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Experience the special flair of Hamburg in your spare time where vibrant cosmopolitan culture meets nautic legacy.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will lead and manage complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting action standards and identifying and facilitating improvements.

This serves to increase

Process performance and compliance with standards related to the product
The reliability of the processes
The repeatability of the processes, at the initial design phase, before any process changes, and continuously throughout the life cycle of a product.

Your work takes place between halls and with many interfaces. So they should be flexible and adaptable. Good networking between different organizations and a high degree of autonomy in a small team is necessary and helpful.

Desired skills and qualifications:

You will need to speak fluent English and good German
You have the ability to network internally with Airbus UK and FAL operations
You are able to analyse and report data trends to support continuous improvement projects
A good understanding of Single Aisle Wing production is required
5 years experience of Quality management
Experience using Practical problem solving tools would be an advantage
