- As a Portfolio Manager, you will work with the objective of optimizing portfolio performance and improving investor returns for portfolios of distributed renewable energy assets
- You will conduct comprehensive assessments of our asset portfolio and potential new business options, integrating technical, commercial, and regulatory factors
- You will create detailed financial models for equity and debt investors, including pricing, and analyze the risk/reward of the portfolio deals and combined portfolios
- You will define, analyze and report on KPIs for our portfolios and and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on these KPIs by managing and maintaining data and information
- You will work with the different stakeholders, banks, advisors, law firms, limited partners
- You will lead feasibility studies on new projects, products or new requirement requests
- Together with other teams at Bullfinch you will also be involved in contract negotiations and the management of project agreements with partners, including aspects such as construction, operation, service
- In addition, you will undertake various tasks related to project implementation, asset management, reporting to investors
- You will also support and cooperate with the investment team, with the possibility of taking care of some projects in the long term
- Work experience in renewable energies, infrastructure, banking , consumer finance or real estate
- Work experience in a bank, fund, or investment firm will be a plus.
- Background in business administration, industrial engineering, renewable energy, finance or economics desirable
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Strong experience in financial modelling, reporting, and sharp analytical skills
- Very good attention to detail and strong at number crunching
- Highly entrepreneurial. Hands-on and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
