Your mission?:


Industry strategy is how we communicate and demonstrate our ability to meet industry-specific capability needs at all points in the customer lifecycle.

As a member of the global impact team, you will support smart growth goals that improve sales and implementation effectiveness at scale.


Your mission will be to leverage deep industry and technical expertise to develop, prioritize, and execute go-to-market strategy for an assigned industry.

You will partner with marketing, sales, product, and ecosystem teams to formulate and execute strategy based on your understanding of opportunities, sub-industry nuances, and competitive differentiators,


This role requires an ability to influence high performance in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities for selling, implementing, and operating.

You will develop a culture of industry and industry best-practice, represent continuity and expertise, and be the face of the assigned industry to internal and external stakeholders.


You will be responsible for

Strategy & Planning

  • Structure and execute the assigned industry GTM plan in coordination with leadership
  • Communicate plan progress, changes, and risks up and down the organization
Lead Generation

  • Collaborate with internal marketing leadgen, and business development stakeholders
  • Create programs and messaging with a POV based on industry, region, and market
  • Formulate sales plays and sequences that support corporate and regional sales goals
  • Content creation: Directly participate in the creation of highimpact materials (position papers, infographics, videos, webinars, and similar)
  • Participate in corporate and industryspecific conferences/events and support earned media (public relations / industry or investor relations) opportunities as required

Sales Engineering, Demos & Sales Support:

  • Develop partner/customer-facing materials for meetings as required
  • Serve as an industry expert overlay for strategic accounts and train regional SE and sales reps to effectively communicate industry value messaging
  • Build industry sales and implementation catalogs and demo assets for the entire product portfolio (with support of engineering and solution sales teams)
Innovation Roadmap

  • Provide thought leadership and identify customer needs / market opportunity and translate into product roadmaps and wider organizational capability needs
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify gaps and expand industryspecific capabilities including customer and partner on coinnovation projects

Sales Training/Support:

  • Partner with product marketing to develop and implement training materials and sales decks with consistent messaging
  • Initiate and support customer engagements, starting from an inspiring vision and up to building a case for change and a highlevel transformation roadmap
Customer Insights & Advocacy

  • Engage with strategic accounts within the assigned industry
  • Support customer projects as required during golive and beyond as required
  • Articulate and communicate the success of our customers through case studies, value cases, and other customer success materials
  • Build and maintain an industry community/ecosystem (user groups, peertopeer sharing, customer value networks, webinars, and roundtables)

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Engage with strategy, technology, and systems integrator partners for coselling and implementation of industry best practices
  • Build trusted relationships, collaborate on planning processes and meetings, collaborate on joint GTM processes, and create content to scale partner effectiveness

What should you have to succeed?:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience at an enterprise software vendor, direct experience in the assigned industry, and/or strategic consulting experience in the assigned industry
  • Strong experience with Pricing Management and Optimization Software and/or CPQ technologies including ERP and CRM integration
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Able to prioritize high volume of projects and manage competing priorities as well as willing to roll up your sleeves
