_is looking for a highly motivated graduate to join our team and work on innovation and AI projects. _As a Graduate for AI & Innovation Topics, you will be responsible for supporting our innovation process, piloting AI projects, and collaborating with business stakeholders.


Your influence:


  • Facilitate the innovation process by conducting research, ideation sessions, and presenting ideas to the team
  • Support AI pilots by setting up experiments, collecting data, and analyzing results
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide AI solutions
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends in AI and innovation to contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies

About you:


  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills as well as facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus

You will be located in one of our main locations in Europe or the Americas and report to Head of AI and Digital Innovation and work closely with our Head of Digital Platform - Kristiina Tiilas.
