Your Mission
We are looking for you as our Corporate Finance Intern to strengthen the Isar Aerospace team in Munich.

More specifically, you will:

Support different financing activities (e.g. equity, debt) by preparing documents, research and other material in close collaboration with the management team
Support the overall organization of key meetings with investors as well as internal meetings with C-Level participation
Support the finance team in special projects such as the implementation of new IT systems to prepare the overall company to grow further and simplify scaling
Prepare and update central due diligence data for leading international investors
Support in the management of the dataroom and essential manage filesharing activities with international investors

Who you are and what you have

Bachelor's degree
Ideally, first internship or working student experience
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organisational and analytical thinking skills
Good English skills, both spoken and written***
